Innbox S10
Innbox S10 is expanding the softphone experience by making it even easier to make VoIP and video calls, see when your contacts are available (Presence) and send Instant Messages (IMs). Enjoy multimedia communications in a dynamic new way with Innbox S10.
Softphone Innbox S10 is built on SIP and open standards; it offers attractive features for the consumer segment, while in addition it includes features that are specifically designed for business and enterprise users.
Consequently, softphone Innbox S10 exists in different flavors:
- Innbox S10,
- Innbox S10 Professional,
- Innbox S10 Add-in for MS Outlook,
- Innbox S10 for BroadWorks.
Softphone Innbox S10a is fully interoperable with the Iskratel SI3000CS, and is included in all the variants of Iskratel’s Fixed Mobile Convergence (FMC) solutions.
Iskratel cooperates with the OEM partner CounterPath in terms of the Innbox S10 softphone offering (if requested this also includes the eyeBeam softphone).
Main functionalities
- User Interface (UI): Focused around your address book rather than the dialpad, Innbox S10’s contact-centric interface gives you more ways to make, receive and manage your calls and Instant Messaging. Detach trays, hide/show dialpad, drag-and-drop and much more.
- Advertising: The dynamic layout of Innbox S10’s tabbed windows gives the Service Provider the ability to incorporate revenue-generating advertisements into the communicator, such as banner ads, click-to-call and interactive video messaging (communication).
- Branding flexibility: Designed to support multiple languages, like English, Russian, Ukrainian, and many more per request, softphone Innbox S10’s new skinning engine provides Service Providers with increased options to create customized skins.
- SMS via VoIP: Interconnection with a mobile SMS network with the ability to send and RECEIVE short messages (SMS) from the mobile network gives a Service Provider an important new differentiating factor for VoIP users.
- Fixed Mobile Convergence: The ability to act as an ordinary mobile phone on a PC/Laptop with SMS/MMS/IM messaging, voice and video calling, with attractive feature sets like Presence, IP-Centrex, and voice-call continuity (VCC), covers the complete Iskratel Convergent Service portfolio.
